Small mountain. Cable car. You can also hike up there, and enjoy the amazing view over Tromso along the way.
The hike is not too physical demanding, and its about 1 hour and 30 minutes up, and 40 down.
The trail and cable car on the foot of the mountain is a 35 minute walk from the apt. or you can catch route 26 from the bus stop around the corner.
