A must do great for all visitors and free! Get up close as local wild pelicans come in for their daily feed run by dedicated volunteers who know every bird individually and can tell you their stories while talking conservation.

The shared walking and biking track around Tuggerah Lake is just 2-5 minutes walk from the house. It travels all the way around the lake to The Entrance (about 8kms one way). Mostly flat it has great views of the lake and foreshore all the way around. Note: can have large puddles after heavy rain.

Dog off leash area at The Haven as well. Restaurants and Cafes abound in Terrigal along with coastal fashions and homewares shops. Crown Plaza and its Florida Beach Bar are the iconic spots.
North of Terrigal Beach heading to the lagoon is another dog off leash area.
