Sligo town is close to the beautiful beaches of Strandhill and Rosses Point. There are some amazing forest walks such as Benbulben forest walk, Hazelwood, Dooney rock, Slish wood, and Union Rock. It also has some tasty restaurants such as Eala Bhán, Flipside, Hooked, Coach lane, Walkers, Bistro Bianconi, Jalan Jalan, and Bridgefoot house.
