this little seaside town is on the cleveland way walk, a lovely little bay with lots of water sport activites, and little cafes, easy to get public transport to all of the close by villages. One of my favourite villages.

One hundred and seventy six years of aquatic competition and entertainment. The Whitby Regatta is probably the oldest sea Regatta on the northeast coast and has drawn large crowds into Whitby over the years.
