You should try Turkish mezzes (ps: hummus is not Turkish so skip that), sujuk (Turkish spicy beef sausage), anything with eggplants. And go for Lahmacun (thinly made minced meat flat bread) as main dish if it's your first time. ask them to prepare künefe for dessert (give them 20 minutes) for a proper experience.
