Great plastic free groceries. Can’t recommend highly enough, friendly staff and well stocked. Great if your only staying at ours for a few days as you can buy as much or as little as you’d like. Also they usually sell local fruit and veg from nearby producers.

Great little fish shop in Tenby. They sell locally landed fish, ask them for a recommendation. You can order ahead if your looking for something special (dressed crab, lobster, mackerel etc.). They also sell cockles in tubs which is a local favourite 🤩

Costal bus routes
Check out the local coastal busses - they can be a great way to get in a longer walk by hopping up the coast to walk back on yourself. Timetables can be found online - Fflecsi bus is the new system for booking the costal buses- the app is awful but bear with it as the service is great (Almost like a bus/taxi), do note certain routes can be very busy in the summer months/weekends so book ahead

The birds are particularly bonkers in the summer. Try not to walk around with open food as they will swoop down to try and steal it… sandwiches, pasties and chips are easy pickings.
