Our favorite spots include Handel’s Ice Cream, Campfire, The Goods (Gourmet Donuts), Choice Juicery. If you love surf and outdoor brands you should check out Sun Diego. Lots of boutique shopping here as well!

If you’re looking to get some exercise, this park is only a couple miles from our house and has lots of great views. We hear the disc golf is fun! Theres also 4 Bocce Ball courts here.

Food scene
If you want to spend a day away from the beach scene, this is a great winery with beautiful scenery. Im not sure of their current COVID restrictions but we used to take our kids here on the weekends and picnic in the lawn and buy some bottles of wine. We would spend the whole afternoon there.

This unique deli has a very interesting story behind it, Ill let you do the research. Its also open 24 and less than a couple miles away. The craftsman style building is very beautiful, we recommend breakfast or lunch on the patio.
