Part of the Cranberry Lake 50 trail system, Trail leads to High Falls and further into the Five Ponds Wilderness. A multi-day hike or paddle-hike combo takes you to Sand Lake deep in the wilderness.

A long day hike through the woods takes you to the far end of Low's Lake. Or, a drive past the S end of Tupper Lake takes you to the canoe put-in on the Bog River Flow, from where you can paddle in.
