This is a vegan place if you are into that - I like the atmosphere. Very "Cali" design. It's a popular and happening place. They don't accept reservations. They don't a liquor license, so their drinks are "skinny", but wine is normal :)

If you are planning a day trip to Malibu, I recommend the cafe on the pier early in the day (no wait), with nice views of the all popular and iconic Surfrider beach, locally grown and organic food, and some beautiful California sun (or marine layer as the case may be!)

I go there for the atmosphere - it is a nicely stylized place where "someone's" bungalows have been made into a bar / club. On Fri and Sat there is way too many people, and is too sceny. I prefer to go on Wed or Thu.
