Wilson Wood's Park is a 5-10 minute walk from the house. It is a public park with hiking and biking trails, scenic views of Hutchinson River, playgrounds and a swimming pool. Small Fee to enter swimming pool during open season.

The largest Botanical Gardens in the US. Must-see! Very beautiful and serene. The Holiday Train show is incredible! Free on Wednesdays from 10-11AM. Time it right and you can see the Botanical Gardens and The Bronx Zoo for free on Wednesdays :)
