Enjoy this lovely trail which is approximately 4 km round trip with the most spectacular and picturesque view of Burin Harbour at the top. There’s lots of stairs along this trail and a selection of walking sticks to borrow at the beginning of the trail to assist you along the way. There’s also benches to sit and have a break or a chat along your way. Located at the top of Penney’s Pond Hill, Burin (7.5 km away).

Great place to overlook the ocean. You might even get to see the goats. Bring along a loaf of sliced bread and be prepared to be fast with dishing it out because they eat it honey sweet. At your own risk of course but we were told by the area keeper that they won’t bite you, and from personal experience I know they didn’t bite but they sure wanted my sliced loaf of bread in a hurry. Lol.
