There are 2 buses the Q3 that goes to J.F.K airport and jamaica avenue bus terminal, Q83 that goes to Jamaica Center where you can find the E,J, and Z train and the air train to J.F.K airport. I would also recommend the Long island railroad which is 5 min away and can get you to Times Square in approximately 20 to 30 min.
