Sightseeing
On Saturday and Sunday the outdoor flea market has lots of great art and vendors selling their wares, and there's a pottery studio in the basement of the market where I actually throw (entrance is down stone stairs on the South end of the building.. the C street side). During the week (Tues-Fri) it's just the grocery/food vendors inside of the market. (see separate listing for market lunch)

These guys never disappoint with their installations. Really a gem of the city. Part of the Smithsonian and free.
