With a big garden and chickens (fresh veggies and eggs in season!), we're frequented by visits from deer, great-horned owls, red-tailed hawks, and sometimes wild turkeys and elk!

The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river. We own 36 acres, including Round Hill, with amazing mountain views all around. We are backed up to National Forest and BLM land. We're located two miles south of Poncha Pass Summit. Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway.
