It's newly fully renovated and offers high-end interior, premium appliances (Viking, Monogram.....) & quality beddings, etc. We are new hosts who've been working for high tech companies for years and are still learning about hosting. Cabo San Pedro - penthouse - Stunning Ocean Views

Cabo San Pedro has been in my family since 1964, and in recent years has been a very cozy vacation home. As the highest house on Pedro Point, we are graced with stunningly gorgeous panoramic views (no iPhone required). Perfect for a couple’s weekend, a business trip, a solo retreat! For those who can’t bear to leave this special place, a fully equipped kitchen lets you comfortably eat in. Please note that your total cost includes $100 for the cleaning fee which goes entirely to our housekeeper.

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.
