The Alpaca Farm Retreat

The Alpaca Retreat is located on 100 acres of private farm and forest land with sweeping views of Port Susan and Mt. Rainier. The newly renovated 3600 sq. foot house, spaciously accommodates up to 10 people and is located just 5 minutes from Stanwood. The location is quiet and relaxing with no visible neighbors. For active leisure, there is a basketball hoop, a pickleball court, a ping pong table, and best of all, the viewing of very cute alpacas!

Half way between the town of Friday Harbor and Roche Harbor Resort, this peaceful quiet oasis features views of the Olympic mountains, pastures and abundant nature. This property is within walking distance of Mt. Grant and close to both Mt. Young and British Camp.

The Granary at Avon Acres - Private Guest Cottage

The Granary is a recently converted 110 year old grain shed (remodeled Summer 2020). It features a full kitchen, vaulted ceilings, bedroom loft and beautiful .75 bath. Located on the West side of Mount Vernon, it is minutes from I-5, yet situated on a 40-acres of farmland, next to an original barn and behind the main farmhouse. Good WiFi for work, ramp access and a ground-level hide-a-bed. Large West-facing deck and hot tub to enjoy sunsets.
