L'appartamento è posto in una ex struttura alberghiera con piscina (apertura inzio giugno/matà-fine settembre) dotata di sdraio e lettini. Vi sono inoltre due ampi giardini dove poter prendere il sole e godersi un po' di relax. Vi è un parcheggio con posto auto riservato.
