Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

This log cabin tiny home is located right in Campton Village. It is clean, and very bright and cheery thanks to the floor-to-ceiling window that overlooks the Mad River. Includes a SMALL kitchenette (not recommended for those serious about cooking nightly feasts) and a locked outdoor storage space for skis and outdoor equipment. Small 2-person hot tub. WiFi. Level 2 EV charger on site (extra fees apply). 5 min walk from a craft brewhouse, grocery store, a vintage arcade and candy store.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Then, in the evening, relax at the propane fire table with a glass of wine or build your own fire at the wood firepit (wood provided) and take advantage of the spectacular stargazing. The cabin has a smart TV and high-speed internet provided.

It's located 9 minutes south of downtown Littleton and 11 minutes north of Cannon Mountain. Whether you're visiting for winter sports, leaf watching, mountaineering, or Polly's Pancakes, we're close to the action.

The Village House

Welcome to our recently renovated home , built in the late 1890's in the heart of beautiful Tamworth Village, right on quiet Main st. A quick 5 minute walk to "downtown", Remick Farm and museum, Barnstormers summer theatre and The Other Bakery. Tamworth is home to many local hiking trails from easy walks to over 4000 foot summits. Great place in the winter with miles of free , groomed cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails as well.

The Loft at North House

This beautiful studio space is a barn loft with private deck off back. Open concept with cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans and fully equip kitchen. Large walk in shower and queen size bed. Just one mile from North Woodstock town and 15 minutes to hundreds of trails and attractions. Skiing at loon 15 minutes, Ice castles next door. ALSO NO hidden costs or cleaning fees added (we figure you should see what you are paying up front!).
