Many restaurants and shops are within 5 minutes walking distance. There is a w/d, and a bbq in the back patio, with a cooler, beach chairs and a wagon to take to the beach. The golf cart rental is 1/2 block from the house. The dining room seats 8, and a kitchen nook for several others. The kitchen is fully supplied.
