Close to shopping, and the Sacramento River Tail System. Bear, my uber-friendly labordoodle and I live in the rear house. Our goal is a quiet and relaxing stay. We DO NOT allow parties, get-togethers, family gatherings etc. - because of the existing neighborhood rules and City parking limitations, and of course, Covid19 measures

The upstairs dormer bedroom can sleep at least 6, with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths on the main floor. The back yard has a BBQ, picnic table, & fishing at the rear along the river. The landscape of rare & native plants is fascinating to see.
