The unit includes one bedroom, one bathroom, a dining room, and a separate living area. The neighborhood; quiet, safe, and within walking distance of the lively Overton Square. Neighborhood is in the heart of Midtown with many local bars and restaurants within walking distance. The unit itself has classic Midtown Memphis charm with hardwood floors throughout.

Newly constructed apartment just completed October 2018. Located in the lower level of our 100 year old historic home. The Lions Den is a cozy hideaway for travelers to call home. Guests enter the apartment through a lovely garden with fountain. There is private entrance and porch to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. We provide beverages and pumpkin bread and other conveniences. If you are traveling with more than 2 you may also book Lions Rest next door. We also include home tour.
