Pet friendly & great for business travelers!! We are renting out two bedrooms, one private bathroom and the entire basement!! As a guest you have the ability to use all of the homes great amenities; private workspace, the kitchen, foosball, home theater w/ 65" TV, surround system & a fenced in backyard w/ a private deck!!

There are 2 other bedrooms available for rent.

The Bunkhouse Room #1

Cozy bunkhouse that will sleep 1 person comfortably per room with a twin sized bed, other common areas are shared by other guests that may book just minutes from Sioux falls in the country with goats, potbelly pigs and chickens. If one isn't available, check all other 3 listings. I do ask that everyone cleans up after themselves as this is shared to other guests. I do come in every morning to clean the common areas and take out the trash before I go to my full-time job.
