The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase of a traditional 16th century Baroque building with lots of charm and Old Town details. It has been recently furnished with tasteful furniture and accessories. Here is a brief summary: #1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM with large king size bed (2x2 metres) and a wall of mirrored closets for storage. Fresh atlas linen provided. #2 LIVING ROOM Spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area, where you can relax, listen to Spotify or choose a movie from the Netflix catalogue on a 49” LED TV screen. #3 MEDIEVAL BATHROOM with a barrel vault ceiling has a panoramic wall mirror. Essentials and towels are provided for each guest. #4 THE KITCHEN is well equipped. As we love to cook, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you feel like cooking during your stay. The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. Studio is ideal for 2 people with private entrance. It is tiny but very cosy. It has small terrace at the entrance, own gazebo with charcoal barbecue, seating and dinning outdoor area. It is in a complex of another 2 apartments. You can reserve the time for Sauna and jacuzzi and use it in privacy. The usual times to book are: 17:00-18:30 18:45-20:15 20:30-22:00 From 10pm to 6am there is a quiet time indoors and outdoors. Please respect it. We do not allow any laud parties or celebrations.

Chata má dominantnú spoločnú miestnosť, kde sa dá posedieť pri krbe. Je nádherne presvetlená s výhľadom na Lietavský hrad. Moderná kuchyňa, práčka indukcia a umývačka riadu vedia zvýšit komfort každému návštevníkovy. Veľká priestranná terasa je skvelým miestom na rannú kávičku, ale aj na posedenie pri ohni. You have at your disposal the entire fully equipped cottage in a pleasant environment at the foot of the Little Fatra. It is located 9 km from Terchova and 12 km from Žilina. The cottage has fibre optic internet. Nearby is a hiking trail to Malý Kriváň. In season you can taste black and red currants, blueberries, raspberries, gooseberries, peas, strawberries, plums, apples, herbs, etc.
