This light-filled 480 square ft upstairs studio boasts Idaho art, heated wood floors, farmhouse sink, gas stove, antique desk, firm but soft queen bed, record player, Bluetooth speakers, comfy reclining chair, clawfoot tub, and WiFi. Only 15-20 minute drive to Brundage Mountain Resort to experience some of the best skiing / snowboarding in "Best snow in Idaho" or mountain biking in the summer! Guesthouse w/ Great Views & Hot Tub

Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.

Dexter Peak cabin, elegantly rustic near YNP/Chico

Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!

Private river-front guesthouse (studio).

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.
