There are 3.5 bathrooms, unlimited wifi, a large family room, kitchen with everything you need except food, patio furniture, ping pong table, BBQ grill and outdoor fire pit. Across the road from the cabin are trails that access the Caribou National Forrest hunting unit 75 from Bailey Creek trail 331. Lakes and rivers are nearby for boating, fishing, or kayaking. Lava Hot Springs is only 35 min away!

All fees included with this price! This charming 2 -story farmhouse cabin is centrally located. Quaint and clean it's the perfect getaway for the whole family or just the two of you. Away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy Bear Lake area on one side and Lava Hot Springs on the other. It's the perfect mountain vacation. Keycode given after booking 1st bedroom - king, 2nd bedroom - queen, 3rd bedroom - two twin beds. Optional 4th basement bedroom has two twin beds at extra cost.

Amenities include comfortable beds that will sleep up to 7 people, a fully stocked kitchen and open living room. Additionally, we have a fully-fenced back yard with a fun fire pit to roast marshmallows in the summer months as well as a couple hammocks to relax in. Originally the Lund School built in 1938, the School House Inn offers all the comforts of home. This 5,500 sq. ft. home includes the original school gym with basketball court. There are 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There is a large fenced-in yard with a barbecue grill, picnic tables, fire pit, and horse shoe pits. It is a short seven-minute drive to the swimming pools and hot baths in Lava Hot Springs.
