It is a 15 min walk into town center (cathedral....) and a 5 min walk to the marina. Our house is located in a residential area with little occupation, making it an idyllic place to spend a few days off. However, this past year there are some new constructions on our street and on the parcel next to ours, which may cause some inconvenience during working days and hours.
