This comfortable guest home is attached to the main house, but has completely separate living space. Private fenced patio off the bedroom with a table and chairs. The property is situated at the end of a small street, it is designed to be relaxing, private and very quiet. Close to everything but has limited traffic and little street noise. Perfect place to refresh and recharge! Bedroom has a queen bed. Living room has a new (purchased Feb 2024) comfortable couch that opens into a queen bed.
