The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

The Lake House

The detached Lake House is set in 11 acres. Ravensworth is an enchanting village with many of the houses dating from the 17th century. The village is defined by its green, and ancient ruined castle, only a few miles from the pretty towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle . A village pub and two wonderful farm shop cafes within walking distance. The Lake House has uninterrupted views of the lake and surrounding woodland. The Lake House can also be booked together with Willow Cottage.

Lake District flat with great mountain views

Bright and cheerful ensuite studio flat on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Great views of Helvellyn and High Street. Lake District hikes, cycling or sightseeing within a few minutes. There is a small well equipped kitchen with hob, fridge and microwave for preparing light meals. The local pub is a 10 minute walk and serves excellent food with other good food pubs just down the road. Guests are welcome to share use of our BBQ corner with fabulous view of the mountains.

Tahn is the smallest of our luxury camping pods, with it's own kitchen and shower room, it sleeps two adults with a travel cot available for one infant. An ideal woodland base for lovers of the great outdoors Just 4 miles south of Kendal, on the edge of the Lake District National Park, and on the Bay Cycleway. Sizergh Castle, Levens Hall and other amenities are close by. Local walks and easy access by car to the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and the Silverdale and Arnside AONB.
