Reconnect with nature on this unforgettable escape. Our beautiful Narrowboat isn’t like an average hire boat, it’s full of homely touches to make your stay a memorable one. You can chill in a picturesque location or as we have a self-drive license you can cruise either north or south from our base in Croxley, Hertfordshire. South takes you down to London in a couple of days or North takes you up through some wonderful countryside towards Berkhamstead and Aylesbury. A holiday with a difference.

This home is in a quiet, private neighborhood surrounded by Three Rivers, Croxley Moor, and the Grand Union Canal. Offering the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience while still close proximity to the hustle and bustle of London. Just 5 mins drive to Watford Junction (16-min trains to London), a short walk along the canal to pubs and supermarket, and 12 min drive to Harry Potter Studios. Rickmansworth Aquadrome, Cassiobury Park, The Grove, and Harlequin Shopping Mall are all nearby.

This is a traditional old stable building which does make it unsuitable for disabled access. The location is situated in a quiet area with its own secure parking and easy access to transport links. Croxley business park is a 5 minute drive away. The motorway is a ten minute drive away. London underground metropolitan line is a ten minute walk. Wembley is a 20 minute tube ride. Heathrow airport is a 15 minute drive, Luton airport is a 25 minute drive, Harry Potter world is a 10 minute drive.

Ideal for a short break or those wishing to commute into London.

This cosy luxurious self contained oak frame cabin offers the perfect peaceful setting for a relaxing getaway. Listen out and you may hear the owls at night. Backing onto the National Trust Ashridge Forest, this is perfect for outdoor lovers but equally suitable for a romantic night in. 1.5 miles down the road, the popular market town of Berkhamsted is offering atmospheric pubs and bars for a special treat out. The cabin offers comfortable, spacious living with King size bed.

Adjoining our period home in peaceful Oxhey Village, The Pad is a great place to unwind. There’s free Wi-Fi and off-street parking. And should you need it, EV charging is also available. At The Pad, you’ll be just 10 minutes’ walk from Bushey Station (17 minutes to London Euston). And there are three Underground stations within a 13-minute drive. For fans of the schoolboy wizard, Harry Potter World is just 18 minutes by car. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Full of character and charm, it has a wonderfully warm and relaxing scandi-vintage vibe...and is situated 5 minute walk from Northwood tube station, with a network of local buses frequently passing. You'll receive a 'home away from home' welcome, and can then just relax in your special bedroom. Now semi- retired, I'm lucky enough to have travelled extensively and am always delighted to meet and host new guests.
