Keittiö ja kylpyhuoneet ovat erittäin korkeatasoiset ja näyttävät. Autolla pääsee pihaan ja latauspisteellä lataat sähköauton. Losseja kulkee koko ajan ympäri vuorokauden. Birgitan polun vaellusreitti ja Lempäälän kiertävä melontareitti kulkevat vierestä. Hiihtoladuille 2 km. Juna-asemalle 1,2 km, josta Tampereelle (12min) ja Helsinkiin (1h20min). Villa Mylly Näsijärvellä

Villa Myllyssä majoitut rauhallisessa ja tyylikkäässä ympäristössä. Vuonna 2024 valmistunut huvila sijaitsee Näsijärven Paarlahdessa, vain 30 min ajomatkan päässä Tampereen keskustasta. Kohteeseen pääsee myös bussilla. Huvilassa kaikki nykypäivän mukavuudet, kuten sisävessa ja suihku. Majoittumaan mahtuu 4 aikuista ja yksi lapsi. Rantasauna on käytössä lisämaksusta (25€). Palju (joka on myös lisämaksullinen 25€) on käytössä kesäaikaan (1.5-30.9).
