Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m.

Outside family dinners and corn hole tournaments are our family’s way of relaxing at this sweet cottage!
