Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. . We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and even an escape room.

The two bedroom, one bath house comes with a living room/Dining room and a full kitchen with everything you'll need to cook a great meal. This waterfront house has a breathtaking view of the sound as it sits high on a dune overlooking the sound. Just relax on the private pier. The sunsets are fabulous! The house has 3 bedrooms and / 2 baths with a total 3 queen beds and 1 twin bed. Dining table sits 8, plus 2 bar stools. Go for a kayak paddle and explore the wildlife in and around the sound. Fishing is great off your own private pier as well as crabbing. Two kayaks are provided.

There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
