Firepit for evening enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the abundant resident water fowl and spectacular sunsets. I am unable to accommodate pets.

2 Bedroom Vintage Suite (mid-term available)

The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 4 guests. The suite is in the Mechanic Block and dates back to 1874. The apartment was restored while keeping the historical integrity in check. With vintage sink, clawfoot tub and 7' interior walls (not reaching ceiling as shown on photos) There is private parking and separate entrance. You get the entire apartment. The main level of this historical commercial building is operated by the building owner.

Songwood Studio is located in the heart of our private FSC-certified property near Limerick Forest. Ideal for those looking for a quiet weekend getaway surrounded by trees, trails and nature. Hand-pumped water supply only. Composting toilet. New outdoor, propane-heated shower (summer). Cozy propane fireplace. Access to private trails for hiking, skiing and forest therapy.

Suite 2 - Stay above the Village Pantry—Spencerville’s historic general store. This private 1-bedroom suite features a full kitchen, pull-out sofa, Wi-Fi, streaming TV, and everything you need for a cozy, comfortable stay. Guests love the convenience of grabbing coffee, fresh baked goods, or essentials just downstairs. Perfect for weekend getaways, extended stays, or business trips. Located minutes from Kemptville, the 401, local trails, and the scenic South Nation River.

Kemptville Suites ~ King Suite 6

The perfect Suite for a romantic getaway! This Suite features an ambient fireplace and air-jet tub for two. Suite 6 is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the Spa. This Suite is furnished with a deluxe King bed, desk space, and a mini kitchenette equipped with bar fridge, sink, microwave, and dishware. Guests can also enjoy our complementary French press coffee and snacks. Please note: There is one stone step at the entrance.
