All of this is less than 3 miles from a plethora of upscale shopping and dining establishments, Walmart Amp, Top Golf, Rogers Convention Center and the Pinnacle shopping area all under 5 minutes away. XNA airport and Osage house are under 7 miles and downtown Bentonville under 8. We live on the same property in a separate house, that is not facing the Barndominium.

Access to Beaver Lake is simply a 2 minute drive, or a 10 minute hike down the road where you will find beach access to launch kayaks.

Two bedroom, living room with television, full kitchen and bath. Perfect get away for the weekend or a vacation in NW Arkansas. Also a short 35 min drive to Dixon street near U of A in Fayetteville and only 40 minutes to downtown Rogers or Bentonville. War Eagle marina is less than a mile away. The Greenway provides a safe place to explore the area by walking, running or cycling.
