Exterior has a wraparound deck, outdoor seating, a fire pit, hot tub and play structure. 15 min walk to the beach. 1.5 blocks to pier overlooking the shores of Lake Winnipeg. Close to the town of Winnipeg Beach with several restaurants and stores.

Just across the road is also access to a quiet public beach/ spit. Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

The fully fenced, private backyard has a large covered deck, patio table, chairs, BBQ, and a fire pit to enjoy year round.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests.
