Aptly named "A SHORE BET" this cozy 36'x12' Thunderbird houseboat is moored in our clear stocked pond alongside our 48' dock and will take you on an adventure of waterborne living without the hassle. Your boat harbors a queen bed, full bed, full galley, head (bathroom for landlubbers), sleeping-cuddy, saloon, futon and a raised bridge with literally all the bells and whistles. Our cozy chalet sits in the woods on our 9‑acre property, overlooking a small pond and offering a peaceful escape from busy city life. As you drive past our home to the chalet, you arrive at a tucked‑away spot where the cottage and hot tub pavilion are screened by trees and bamboo, creating a private, secluded feel. This is a place to slow down, enjoy quiet mornings by the water, and end the day under the stars, while leaving feeling recharged from your stay at our little piece of paradise.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled under a canopy of trees this raised cabin is backed up near Berry's Creek with trails behind it. Off to itself it offers a beautiful view of the 270 Y/O Goliath oak overshadowing our Treehouse cabin. There's triple bunk beds and a full bed in this one room cabin with covered and open deck areas to enjoy nature. A small full bath and kitchenette should handle your needs. Designed for 4-5 guests this is our latest of 7 cabins.

There's an 8 x 14 covered front porch and an open 12 x 14 back porch leading down to the creek. It is 400 sq. ft. of living area with a futon in living rm.
