It's a beautiful 2 bedroom Coach House tastefully decorated in hues of teal blue and sage green with a modern warm feel to it. Its cozy, airy, with a lot of light and is all contained at one level on the 1st floor. The house is well furnished and has all the requirements for a short term or long term stay. It can be a base for your holiday or for work. We are 5 mins from Baldock Station (by cab) - frequent trains to London in 50mins. We are also next to A1(M). Henlow Champneys is 10mins away

A Beautiful 300 yr old barn is a perfect place to escape & unwind. Situated in a tranquil setting down a no through lane. King size comfy bed for a good nights sleep. Sit & relax overlooking fields from the window seat. A chiminea on the patio for cosy evenings looking at the stars. River & country walks .We are well placed In Bedfordshire for local wedding venues, Shuttleworth, Duxford, Bedford park concerts, Cambridge & Business stop overs. The Barn. Hot tub optional extra.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. NO PETS sorry! XMAS (not available instantly) and LONGER TERM LETS by request please.

The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.
