At least 3 vehicles with trailers can park in front of the house. Enjoy nearby springs, fabulous restaurants and local musicians. Play board games or put a puzzle together in the evening. Walk to Kathi’s Krab Shack for a nice meal and a cold drink, then stop by Steinhatchee Scoops for some banana pudding ice cream!

Boat Parking directly in front of the house, visible and safe at all times! Wifi is available within the house for streaming when not taking advantage of the outdoor activities. Note: For prior guests, the Floating Dock sustained damage during hurricane, message us before hand for an update if dock is needed.

Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If your lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.
