Walk 15 minutes in the opposite direction and you’ll experience the spectacular views of the Remarkable Caves. Whether it’s partaking in the many beautiful walks in the area, or sightseeing at the historic site or Pennicotts journeys, or you’re looking for a place to relax, Weekend with Arthur is the perfect shack to enjoy all the Tasman Peninsula has to offer.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

You’ll love my place because of the location being 5 minutes walk to Port Arthur historic site and Stewart's Bay beach and is good for couples and solo adventurers. Our place is also our weekend getaway which we offer at times for budget minded people to enjoy.
