Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. Tam, the studio has a full kitchen and bath, and unobstructed panoramic views. 31 day stays have a 10% discount and are exempt from the 14% STR tax. Small dogs are welcome, and discounts on the pet fee will be considered for longer stays.
