Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

Belonging once to the house next door where William LEE invented the Stocking Frame in 1589. Ideally situated within minutes of the village pubs and beautiful countryside walks it is close to many local attractions & wedding venues.

The house lies 20 minutes from the historic town of Newark, Nottingham and Melton Mowbray and is ideally placed for a day out exploring Belvoir Castle or Holme Pierrepont Country Park (a major water sport centre). The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Comfortable and welcoming self-contained studio flat, situated in The Park, a quiet Victorian private estate very close to the city centre with excellent transport links. This modern property is very well-equipped and furnished to a high standard. Stay in the beautiful setting of Holme Pierrepont, a semi- rural location yet only ten minutes drive from the centre of Nottingham and next door to The National Water Sports Centre. The Cottage was originally the Estate office to the Tudor, Holme Pierrepont Hall, still a family home to descendants of the Pierrepont's.
