Hawks Barn is a refurbished, self contained, two bedroom getaway, located a stones throw from Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey). Surrounded by stunning views and walks, the barn is just 10 minutes from Newbury and Whitchurch station to Paddington and Waterloo. Opposite the main house, with parking for 2 cars, the barn has a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a small bathroom. Downstairs is a modern sitting room with a 7-seater sofa, large TV, fully fitted kitchen, and a dining and work space.

Private Annexe in Overton, Hampshire

This accommodation is a self contained annex which is located in the rear garden of the main property. It includes a bedroom with two single beds, a living area with TV including Sky Q (sports, cinema and kids) and free WiFi access. The kitchen includes an electric oven with hob and fridge freezer. There will be a small selection of tea and coffee on arrival. There is no facility for washing clothes. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink and shower.

Fully functional self contained annex for single occupancy (located in close proximity to family house) but in a quiet location with lovely views across fields and no disturbance from main residence. Secure off road parking with latest kitchen facilities for those that want to cook or a nice local pub/restaurant in walking distance for those that don't. Nestled at the end of our scenic, quiet garden, yet within walking distance to the village centre, the location cannot be beaten. The village has all the ameneties you could need with a thriving village shop (soon to welcome a cafe too), a beautiful church, friendly community and 2 fantastic local pubs.

Detached, comfortable and self-contained annex for one person or a couple, in quiet surroundings with parking. Light, modern and airy. Easy reach of historic and natural beauty. Andover station 1.5 miles, London 1hr by train. Easy access A303/M3. I use this as a workspace and spare space for family when they visit, but also rent it out on Airbnb from time to time.
