The town boat launch is only 2 min away and mountain bike / downhill trails only 5 min. Two local golf courses in the area. Marble River and Alice Lake are on your way in to Port Alice and we highly recommend visiting them. Side Bay is accessible through Port Alice. Welcome to our cozy newly renovated 3 bdrm condo, Mountain Paradise. Mt. Washington boasts alpine, cross country and back country skiing, snowshoeing and skidoo in the winter season. Atv, down hill mountain biking, Zip Lines, hiking and tent camping in the summer season. After a full day of activities, relax in the pool, sauna or hot tub and finish off the day with a BBQ in the common patio area or on your own private deck with an amazing view of the face of the mountain.

This cozy home gives you the best of both worlds, surrounded by mature forest with an ocean view. Take in the view from the private patio off the master bedroom or the patio, off the living room.
