Our cottage sleeps 5-6 and is nestled in the Cotswold escarpment below Rodborough Common with over 300 acres of open countryside giving dramatic views over Stroud and the Severn Vale. Off the beaten track but only a short walk to Stroud. A great place to stay anytime of the year but with a woodburner it is very cosy in the winter. Only 1.5hrs by train from London. Loads of good walks nearby inc Cotswold Way. Short drives to Bristol, Cirencester, Gloucester and Cheltenham. Highchair,cot, stairgate available.

It is overlooking the unique village of Sheepscombe with fantastic panoramic views over the village and surrounding National Trust beechwoods. This rural retreat is a walkers paradise, dog friendly with close access into the woods behind and near to the Laurie Lee way in the Slad Valley. Heron's Nest is a detached, newly-refurbished two-storey annexe nestled within the charming hamlet of Harley Wood, in the Cotswolds AONB. The accommodation boasts wonderful views of Horsley valley and the beautiful gardens and lakes of Ruskin Mill. The gardens are free to visit, and the mill hosts a delightful cafe. Just a ten minute stroll away is Nailsworth town centre, home to many wonderful boutiques, inspiring galleries, and some of the finest restaurants the Cotswolds has to offer.

The Garden Studio Graywalls Stroud

5 mins walk from Stroud train station, the wood clad Garden Studio is airy and modern and surrounded by green. It overlooks our garden, and apart from the trains (only 2 an hour) it’s peaceful but also so close to the pretty hilly town of Stroud. The bustling farmers market on a Saturday is a great fun and the commons and walks are spectacular. There is parking on our drive. To get to the studio walk down the gravel pathway past our front door. The key hold is by the studio door.

The Annex is a light and spacious self-contained studio above a garage with wonderful views across the valley. It has its own entrance, parking, and a private wooden deck with seating. There are plenty of wonderful walks you can do from our doorstep including the Cotswold Way, and a fantastic pub in the village which serves delicious food. You are surrounded by nature and wildlife, but Stroud is only an eight minute drive (or a 40 minute walk!) away.

This is a well equipped studio in the Cotswolds. It's at the end of a singletrack no through road about 1/2 mile from the Cotswold way and at the junction of several footpaths. The nearest towns are Painswick,which is 1 mile away, and Stroud where there is a train station and supermarkets. The studio has a sleeping area with a king size double bed. It is separated by a bookcase from the main living area. where there is also a sofa.
