Playroom with toys and electric charging station. Sleeps 8 comes with 5 bikes garage space for kayaks. 8 SHARC passes. Center of all Sunriver action. Its small in the rooms but the common areas are large. The trail in the back gives a feel you are in the center of all the action! It has everything you need in Sunriver.

Beautiful Condo in SR Village

Cozy, updated condo located steps from the Sunriver Village. Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. As of June 2025 we also have new AC and heat!

- This unique and friendly spot boasts a convenient location to Central Oregon's famous outdoor activities. The space is only a 26 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor, the beginning of the scenic Cascade Lakes Highway, and a short walk to The Village at Sunriver. Community pool, hot tub, and laundry are on site and accessible. Wifi and Netflix logins are provided to all guests. The hot tub is open year round. The pool typically opens on Memorial Day weekend snd typically closes sometime in September.

Cosy two story A-Frame cabin among Ponderosa trees in a quiet residential. 5 minutes drive to Sunriver Village, 16 min. Mt Bachelor, 20 m Bend downtown. Living room has a comfy sectional, a single reclining armchair and TV. My cabin has a well appointed kitchen, laundry room with W/D, a Bathroom/Shower downstairs. A 2 bedrooms upstairs with Queen size bed. There is a powder room/toilet upstairs in the hallway. NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES /4 MAX .Please leave my home how you found it. Thank you 😄

11 Raccoon is located across from Sharc and less than a mile from the Village. While keeping the cozy cabin feel and updating the kitchen and bathrooms, this house is everything you’re looking for to make your stay in Sunriver the best. Amenities include six SHARC passes, two decks, NEW hot tub (November 2021), WiFi, bikes, gas barbecue grill, air conditioning downstairs, wood stove, three televisions with YouTube TV, laundry, games and puzzles. NO pets allowed. Two cars max. No trailers.
