It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open kitchen/lounge area with sofa bed. It also has it's own outside space - an enclosed decking area. Just 2.5 miles from the beautiful Lanhydrock, and 4 miles from Cardinham woods. Conveniently located for great access to Cornwall's North & South Coast beaches and other attractions.

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

The Hay Loft is the first floor of a 1850’s Coach House and Stables. The whole interior measures approximately 16m x 5m. Fully self contained, the apartment is very spacious and can accommodate 2 people comfortably. King Size bed, linen included. Lounge area, 32” Freesat TV. Dining Table & chairs. The rugged north Cornish coast is less than 15 miles away with breathtaking coastal walks and beaches aplenty.

Nested within a rural picturesque valley on Bodmin Moor, The Wren is perfectly located in Cornwall and makes an ideal base for wedding guests attending Trevenna. Moorland walks and stunning lakes are all within close vicinity and both the North & South coasts are within a 30-40minute drive. The A30 & A38 are also easily accessible via car from the property.

The Annex, Small Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a small double bed (190cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The main train line is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, restaurants, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away.

Bootlace Cottage in Tywardreath

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.
