The flat is located in the fifth district, in the heart of downtown Budapest. The neighborhood is lively and restaurants, cafes, and ruin bars are all around. The street is very close to the famous Dohany synagogue and Vaci shopping street. Getting around couldn't be easier from this flat. You can either walk around to the famous city center highlights or use any of the excellent public transportation; bus, metro or tram. The flat is 50-200 meters distance from bus, tram and metro stations. The flat is located in the second floor of an historical building that was designed by the same famous architect of the opera house. The flat is modern but the building is not renovated and has NO LIFT, similar to many of Budapest's downtown buildings that bring together past and present, old and new.

The biggest food and produce market, the Great Market Hall is only 15 minutes on foot, so as the riverbank of the Danube (Fovam Square).

A short ten minute walk will take you to local shops, pharmacy etc. The hosts speak three languages: English, Hungarian and Italian and some Finnish.
