Modern Tahoe Getaway in Truckee (Pet Friendly!)

Welcome to our pet-friendly home in Tahoe! We took a modern approach to a traditional ski house, with mid-century furnishing and updated bathrooms and amenities. Just 20 minutes to Palisades or Northstar. 10min away from Truckee downtown and 5 min drive to Safeway. The condo is part of Tahoe Donner which has access to amenities like snow play, cross-country skiing, trails, gym, pools with additional cost. The Snow Play area is just across the street! Small condo at base of Tahoe Donner ski hill. Its really ideal for 2 people. However, there is a couch that folds down can becomes a bed (suitable for someone under 5.8). Deck overlooks the ski hill and has a killer view. There is a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and induction hot plate. Full bathroom. The unit has a table / work station. There are two chars and there are two black side tables that can act as extra seats so 4 people can sit at the table.

A short drive to TD's HOA amenities (pools, hot tubs, golf, tennis, 60+ miles of hiking/mountain biking trails, XC ski trails and more!*), Donner Lake, Downtown Truckee, and several options for hitting downhill slopes (Sugar Bowl, Palisades, Northstar, Tahoe Donner - take your pick!). * There are guest fees for private amenities; check TD website or call to see fees and closures. Cozy, classic and updated A-frame features a view of Donner Lake, a quiet neighborhood, and thoughtful modern updates making it the ideal place to unwind and enjoy all that Truckee has to offer! PLEASE NOTE: There are TIGHT STEEP STAIRS INSIDE OF THE HOME, as well as STEEP STAIRS OUTSIDE to get into the home from either entrance. WINTER - 4WD & CHAINS REQUIRED. We have the driveway plowed professionally and you will be responsible for shoveling the stairs and deck during your stay.

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.

When you arrive you will be welcomed with a guest snack box and bottle of wine prepared just for you.

It offers a beautiful living space with streaming light and privacy for up to four adults and two kids. It’s a perfect resort retreat near eight major ski areas, golf, mountain biking, XC skiing, boating and more. The condo offers guest access to all Tahoe Donner's world class amenities. Truckee Winter Cabin: 9 Beds, Foosball, Fireplace

Tahoe Donner cabin, sitting on a beautiful property, in a quiet neighborhood, filled with tall pines and Tahoe Donner's golf course in the backyard. This is a great location and home, for all seasons. Entering the home you will notice a large open lower level, with tall windows and beautiful views of pines, plenty of room to lounge around on the large sectional, and a huge fireplace between the kitchen and living room. Upstairs you will find foosball table and a bunk room.

Truckee River Bike House

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
