It's a 7-minute drive (or bus ride) to downtown Queenstown or a 45-minute walk along the lakeside walking and cycling track. 10 minute drive to the airport. The studio has free car parking, walking distance to town 8-10 mins downhill, but steep on the return journey, but well worth it for the views you get from the Studio which our guests love. Close to public transport. Great views of the lake and mountains. Comfortable, warm studio suitable for one or two guest with a King Size Bed. Heat Pump/Air Conditioner. TV, Microwave, Fridge, Kettle, Toaster, Washing machine, Iron/Ironing board. All linen supplied. Not suitable for children sorry.

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.
