East Texas sunsets await you in this family friendly home on Lake Bob Sandlin. This home has an open kitchen/dining room/living room concept and is perfect for entertaining. The 3 bedroom/2 bathrooms offer plenty of lodging for you and your family. House sleeps 9 comfortably. Guest Access You may access the entire house, property, and the boathouse- the only off limits area is the water heater closet in home and closet on the boathouse.

It is unit #8 in a multi unit complex. Full kitchen, bathroom and a living area. Also has a large deck, charcoal BBQ, coffee make, coffee and condiments. Well behaved pets allowed under 40 pounds, please add them as a guest when booking.
